The consultation includes up to 2 hours of meeting, discussing, dreaming, and planning your new space.
15% of total project cost
Total project cost includes materials and labor from start to finish. For example, if a bathroom remodel total cost is $46,000 with all materials (vanities, plumbing fixtures, electrical supplies, accessories, etc.) and labor costs for construction, then the LBD Project Fee is $6,900.
