New Build Design
LBD offers hard surface design for those intending to build a home. This may include custom cabinetry design and drawings, lighting plan, fixture selections (hardware, plumbing, etc) and hard surface selections, such as flooring and tile throughout the home.
Project fees are based on an individual design plan. LBD will provide a proposal after a consultation with clients.
LBD offers comprehensive design services, including project management for interior renovations. We work with trusted contractors throughout the design and renovation process. LBD provides the design plan, which may include interior layout, custom cabinetry design, and hard surface design plan (lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, flooring, tile, etc).
Project fee is 15% of total project cost
Total project cost includes materials and labor from start to finish. For example, if a bathroom remodel total cost is $46,000 with all materials (vanities, plumbing fixtures, electrical supplies, accessories, etc.) and labor costs for construction, then the LBD Project Fee is $6,900.
