What a transformation this first floor received. Once dark and dated, now soothing, soft and sophisticated. We took a little inspiration from the French on this one with an aged brick backsplash and Parisian café lights. The powder bath and front office were treated with some bold watercolor floral wallpaper. We touched every inch of this first floor (and part of the second floor) to make this home look brand new.
